Terms of Service

The agreement between us.

The ground rules for using elevajourney.com, buying from ELEVA Academy, and engaging in private or corporate coaching.

Using the site

You may use elevajourney.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content — essays, course material, imagery, the ELEVA mark and name — belongs to ELEVA and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without written permission.

ELEVA Academy — digital products

Digital products (courses, books, materials) are delivered through Payhip. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the material through your private library (accessed from the "My Account" link in the top navigation). Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a product is defective or inaccessible, write to contact@elevajourney.com and we'll fix it within 48 hours.

Private coaching

Private 1:1 coaching engagements are governed by an individual agreement signed before the first session, which lays out schedule, scope, cancellation terms and payment. Discovery calls are free and non-binding.

Corporate engagements

Corporate programs, keynotes, retreats and advisory engagements are governed by proposals and contracts specific to each engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or binding commitment; proposals are prepared after a discovery call.

Not a substitute for medical or psychological care

ELEVA coaching is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. It is not a replacement for professional care from licensed physicians, therapists or psychiatrists. If you are in acute distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or emergency services.

Limitation of liability

Content on this site and in ELEVA programs is shared in good faith based on experience and professional training. Outcomes depend on the individual; no specific result is guaranteed. ELEVA is not liable for decisions made by participants, including financial, professional or personal decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith communication; where legal action is unavoidable, Paris courts have jurisdiction.
